Leap

It's a special day today. It only comes once every four years. I've only experienced it five times before. It's the sixth time that I came across using a calender with one extra special day.

I've been watching too many episodes of Heroes and "Heart of Greed" lately. Lots of which is just pure entertainment. However, those stories seemed so true, yet so ridiculous. We're all still young, and there's plenty to learn. There is a whole lot that we don't know. Imagination is the only limits.

On a fairly different topic, my sister told me about the 2012 predictions. Has anyone heard of it? It sounded pretty pessimistic. Having the end of the world so close. I am not going ask if it's true, because it'll just deem it to be so.

I went to search for a bit about this prediction. Apparently it is based on a Mayan Calender. I can't elaborate more as I know little about the Mayan Civilisation in Mesoamerica. There is a lot that I don't understand since I don't have any background knowledge in any history.
