Got this really nice recipe from my colleague at work. He brings in really yum nutty cookies every other week, and everyone in the office just loves them. His aunt's a retired chef, and now she just bakes these cookies for everyone to share. Though she says the recipe and ingredients are constantly improving, she shares her secrets anyway.
Used her recipe and tried making it myself today~ It's yummy and crunchy, a little too sweet.
Almonds, Pine seeds, Sunflower seeds, Peanuts, Sultanas and Coconut~
Raw sugar, self-rising flour, butter and eggs.
