Luck

Do you believe in luck?

I was doing this personality test the other day. One of the questions is "Do you believe that the successes in your life is due to luck?" The answer was a on a scale with 10 being "Yes, it's all pure luck" or 0 being "No, not at all".

I answered 3. I don't really believe in luck. It depends on the situations. Most of the time, I believe that it really depends on your own hardwork. Without hardwork, you'll never achieve anything. But of course, believers of luck would argue that luck does play a part in helping your success.

To me, luck only comes after hardship. If you hadn't fall, you'll never learn how to get up.

Sometimes however, I wonder how some people maybe so lucky that they can just get whatever they'd need without really fighting or even worrying for it. Is this when people start to say "Life's like that. Life's unfair. Live with it."

I suppose all I can do now is just hope for the better. I've done all that I could. I know that I did go through the ups and downs. I know that I've learnt, the rest is up to luck I suppose.
