Another tiring long day. Beautiful sunshine, but I'm stucked at work in the cafe. Not really complaining, because I still do enjoy making coffees. Haven't really had the time to upload pictures of the stuff I've been baking the past few weeks. I want to make more, but I doubt I'll have anytime soon.
Work continues tomorrow at 8am. Going to be another day filled with computer drawings and 3D modelling. Hopefully I'll get some variations sometime soon. Don't quite like the idea of just staying in the office the whole time without really doing much.
I love soy hot chocolate when I make them myself. I tried soy in other cafes, and I didn't really like it. Soy can be sour if it's not heated properly (either heated too much-burnt, or too frothy). I tried making myself one last week, and I've grown to like it a lot. I had two cups of soy chocolate today. It has a nutty flavour and the chocolate isn't too sweet. Just as how I like it. I'm not sure if I would want to try it in other cafes. Though I still can't take plain soy milk.
Soy milk here isn't the same as the soya bean drinks in M'sia. It's got a different taste and is not sweet at all. Some might find it too strong, or weird. I didn't quite like it before either, but I'm taking it with chocolate, it's really nice. You should really try it sometime.
My hand smells like coffee.
