Do you think 3 months is a long time?

S: Interesting question. Nah, 3 months isn't a long time. It'll go by in a flash.

C: Not really. I have been working 6 months and I still feel new to the job. Hmmm, situation dependent. If you're anticipating something then it'll reen like forever but it's quite fast sometimes. I mean, look, it's already March! It's something that's really abstract I reckon.

PS: Well it matters based on how they take it lor...if it's like a kid, small child, 3 months is a long time. All depends on how far you "zoom in". If you look in terms of minutes then month is long lor. Like microscope...lol... It depends on what context lor. At our age and how our life goals look, it isn't long at all. But if you were looking at how long you haven't spoken to someone, it is quite long.

A: Um, kinda. Depends on what the situation is. Coz I'm not doing much but if it's last year, then prob 3 months is not that long.

An additional response to the question, which I would like to share.

"Looking forward to 3 months time is long, but when time had passed, looking backward, it's short, time flies. Yes, I agree with some of the responses. When happy time, of coz is short..ie. holiday.

When given something that u don't like, of coz it's too long.

In accounting wise, anything less than 1 year , is treated as short term"

This morning I woke up thinking of what day it is. And realised it's mid March now. It's 3 months into 2009. And I thought man, where did the time go. The whole day, I was thinking, is 3 months a long time? And I was really curious to see how would people define time. Rather interesting responses.

It was quite funny as well reading and replying to each and everyone because the question was so random. Was quite surprised how much we live by our cellphones. I got replies almost immediately after I sent the txts.

Thank you all who took your time to answer. I just thought I'll share the responses as well because it is quite interesting to see how people react to different circumstances. Thanks ^_^

Weekend came by so quickly. It was one of the fun weekends. I love weekends now. Get to do so many things that I never really do before. Round the Bays was definitely an achievement for me, considering I'm never really an active person. But thanks to the experiences from before, I took up lots of sports, though I'm not good at it, but it's feels good to just participate.

And I just realised indeed, I learned so much the past few years, was exposed to the whole new concept of self-healing. Was explaining what sublaxation is to a friend who's visiting a chiropractor tomorrow. Though my explanation may not be fully accurate, but I'm sure I've gotten the idea. It also reminded me of a Tensegrity. A very interesting structure, that I do believe our body is made out of too. Applying geometry to our physical body. Ah, I wonder where can I be opened to more of these concepts.

Oh wells, it's a super long post. Spent the last two hours on this. I shall go sleep. Going to be another exciting week ahead. Thurs and Fri gonna be great~~~

I think 3 months is a short time. It's too short to forget, it's too short to achieve something significant. But I guess if it's something really meaningful, time does not matter. It is what we make out of it.
