Got to love the shooting stars. It was awesome. I was just so excited looking into the skies filled with stars. Saw five shooting stars that night. Haven't seen them before so I was really really excited. ^^
Breathtaking views of the mountains, the rocks, the valleys.
Coromandel trip was a wonderful experience. A challenge for myself physically, emotionally and spiritually. The climb up was painful, with inadequate training to my stamina and body. Muscle cramps in my legs and short breaths. But thanks for the company and support, we made it up.
"Go at your own pace. We'll get there before the sunset." =)
Enjoyed the trip so much thanks to the awesome people who made it happen too. Really admire the guys with their strength and perseverance carrying all the food and tents and bags. And especially their great sense of humour in everything, laughter and support. Thanks XY for the girl company who's so daring and brave, a strong girl. Definitely a trip to remember. ^^
Hot water beach was awesome! Haven't been there before, so I was in awe the whole time. Kept digging the hot spots with my hands and feel the hot sand and water rushing out. So relaxing especially after the hike.
New Chums Beach is also another definite place to visit again. No wonder it was one of the top 10 beaches in the world apparently. Really really white beautiful sand, clear blue waters. The sound of the waves coming into the beach is unforgettable. Really different to what we'd normally hear in beaches. Maybe it's because the beach is surrounded by high cliffs all around - sound reflection. ;) Loved the views, the sun, the breeze, so nice and relaxing~
This trip was definitely another self discovery chapter, especially for myself. Learned a lot about everyone around me. Learned a lot about myself. And other's learning about me.
Apparently I make funny sounds. Not necessary pleasant, but can be funny. High-pitched yelp. They'd thought there was a puppy somewhere in the mountains. I can't help making noise all those times I slipped and nearly fall, but fortunately managed to keep my balance. This time around, I didn't injure myself, not even with a scratch. Though my knees did suffer after the hike. Oh wells, all up and good now. ^^
A full load of typing. Not making much sense. I'm tired, but I just want to put some thoughts into words. Sleeping soon~
And oh, big Congratulations to my lovely dear sister, welcoming a baby boy into our family.
^^Hehe. Good times.
Have a good rest, and take care.
Good night~
