It's interesting to find out how people tend to define what hope is. It's also rather interesting to see how people face the challenges bestowed upon them. Everyone's different. Everyone has their own ways of dealing with problems.
Some may choose to hide from it, and hope that it will eventually go away.
Some may choose to avoid it, and hope that it will eventually solve itself.
Some may choose to do what everyone says, because they hope that it would be as what everyone else says it would be.
Some may face the problem at hand, and hope that it will be for the better.
Some may look at the challenges, and hope that it would make them stronger.
Some may think problems are just nuisance, and hope that ignoring the problem would make themselves better.
I am quite clear with what I want, and my hope is that it is for the better, be it on my own, or together. I choose to face my own fears, and hope that it would make me stronger. I don't like to sit and wait, or sit and ignore. I make my own decisions, and I bear the consequences myself. There are plenty of advices out there, from friends and family, and I appreciate them all. I learn from those advices, and apply it to the decisions I make. It is after all part of who we are. But who we really are, is what we choose to do ourselves.
No one likes admitting defeat. Even though there are times that I've lost, and nearing the point of giving up, but it is part of the cycle. You lose some, you win some. You give some, you take some. And in order to win some, you need to give yourself the opportunities to win, to make yourself worth again.
It is okay to cry. It is okay to feel upset and depressed. These are the emotions that make us feel alive and appreciate things around us better. Never take things for granted.
I guess for now, I'm just doing whatever I feel I'm okay with. No one says it would be easy. No one says it would be difficult either. It is what we make out of it. So why not just make the most of now.
Have a good night.
