Healing

Each day comes and goes.
In the middle of the healing process.

They say you won't feel the pain if you don't think about it. Just let it heal, because the more you think about the wound, the more it's going to hurt. You've put a bandage to stop it from bleeding. You've put medication on it hoping it would heal faster. But if it still hurts, there isn't much you can do but to leave it, and let it heal on its own. Time, distance and silence will make you forget about the wound. If you keep interupting the healing process, you'll leave a scar. The scar shall serve you a purpose however, to remind yourself not to make the same mistake again.

Life goes on. People move on. So should you.

I needed a new watch, something for me to wear everyday when I start work next month. I guess my taste hadn't changed much since last year.

Something so familiar yet so foreign.

Though I don't quite need a new wallet, but I thought I should get it anyway. It didn't cost me much, got it from the night market.

Something so similar yet so different.

Have a good night's rest.
